How SaguaroScope handles project information

SaguaroScope is an online-only estimating and documentation service. We treat contractor and project information as confidential business material and use it only to evaluate an inquiry, perform authorized work, communicate about the file, administer our operations, and meet legal obligations.

What to sendProvide only information reasonably necessary for the requested service and only when you have authority to share it. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card data, passwords, unrelated medical information, or other highly sensitive information. When possible, remove unnecessary personal details before uploading files. For mitigation files, share only relevant project records. Remove unnecessary occupant details and unrelated medical or personal records from photos, logs and attachments.

Access and handling

Access to project information is limited to people and service providers who need it to support the inquiry or authorized work. We do not sell project information. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our operations, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Public examples

We do not publish customer project files, estimates, claim details, photographs, addresses, or other identifiable project material as examples or marketing content without permission and appropriate de-identification.

Storage and third-party platforms

Our workflow may use services such as Squarespace, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, email, and customer-provided links to Google Drive, Dropbox, Matterport, or other platforms. Information handled by those services is also subject to their security and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

We keep project information only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the inquiry, deliver authorized work, maintain business records, protect security, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of information we control, subject to legitimate record-retention requirements.

Your responsibilities

Keep your own copies of source files and final deliverables. Use secure sharing settings, verify recipient addresses, avoid public links when practical, and review final documents before submitting or relying on them.
