About our servicesSaguaroScope provides contractor-side Xactimate estimating and documentation, including defined-scope water mitigation estimate writing. The water service prepares documentation from contractor-supplied records; it does not provide emergency response, field mitigation, drying design, safety certification, coverage advice or claim negotiation. Service scope, delivery, fees, payment and revisions are governed by the accepted service order.
Engagement terms
Submitting an inquiry or file does not create a service engagement. Work begins only after written acceptance of a proposal, order, or other engagement terms. Any signed or expressly accepted engagement terms control if they conflict with these Website Terms.
