You pay only on the additional amount our work supports. The original carrier estimate is not part of the percentage fee.

BEST
Use this when the file needs advanced code research, manufacturer research, technical justification, complex analysis, or higher touch supplement management.

QUICK ANSWER
Simple means one straightforward system or a few standard rooms.
Moderate means several areas, trades, or coordination points.
Complex means many areas, specialty systems, or substantial coordination.

These words describe how much estimating work the file requires. They do not describe the claim's dollar value.

We review the file after intake. If more than one rule fits, we use the highest tier. Repetitive rooms or units may stay Moderate when they can be estimated efficiently. A large, straightforward roof may still be Simple.

We make the final classification and confirm the price before work begins.

Use the first description that fits. A large roof is not automatically Complex.

• Whole floor, whole building, or multiunit scope

GOOD
You tell us exactly what work to include. We write the estimate.

BETTER
You give us a carrier estimate. We find and document supported missing work.

BEST
The file also needs advanced technical research or complex supplement management.

Simple, Moderate, and Complex apply only to GOOD. If we must investigate what is missing or support an increase, the file moves to BETTER or BEST. We confirm the service and price before work begins.
