Estimate Only is an estimate and corresponding sketch only, with no F9 notes. Request F9 Documentation Review when you need supporting documentation.
You request F9 Documentation Review. SaguaroScope assigns the documentation level after reviewing the complete file. Clients do not choose between Simple F9 Documentation and Advanced F9 Documentation. You may accept or decline the assigned service before work begins.
The entire F9 Documentation fee, including the applicable minimum, is billed after approval. No F9 deposit or handoff minimum is billed before approval.
For water mitigation, include job status, measurements, photos, drying logs and equipment records when available. We check fit and identify missing information before accepting production. Water mitigation uses its separate scope, prices and payment terms.
Carrier Technical Coordination may be available by written Service Order with Simple F9 Documentation or Advanced F9 Documentation. Your company controls homeowner communication and reviews and approves the technical package before transmission. SaguaroScope does not accept or reject carrier payments, bind the contractor or insured, interpret policy coverage, or make settlement decisions.

Defined scope, project location, photos, measurements or sketch, and available project information. Include the current estimate if one exists; it is not required for defined-scope writing.
FOR WATER MITIGATION
Tell us whether field work is complete. Include moisture/atmospheric logs, equipment placement/removal records and related invoices when available. Use the water mitigation checklist in Resources.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We check fit, identify missing information and confirm scope, price and a delivery target before work begins. The entire F9 Documentation fee, including the applicable minimum, is billed after approval. Estimate Only and water mitigation follow their separately accepted payment terms.
SERVICE ROUTING
SaguaroScope confirms Estimate Only workload classification and assigns Simple F9 Documentation or Advanced F9 Documentation after reviewing the complete file. Clients request F9 Documentation Review and may accept or decline the assigned service before work begins. Carrier Technical Coordination is available only with a SaguaroScope-assigned Simple or Advanced F9 Documentation service and requires a written Service Order. Water mitigation has its separate fixed-fee schedule.
