CORE FILE
Defined scope, project location, photos, measurements or sketch, and available project information. Include the current estimate if one exists; it is not required for defined-scope writing.
FOR WATER MITIGATION
Tell us whether field work is complete. Include moisture/atmospheric logs, equipment placement/removal records and related invoices when available. Use the water mitigation checklist in Resources.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We check fit, identify missing information and confirm scope, price and a delivery target. For roofing and reconstruction, the base estimate fee is paid at handoff before final release; approved periodic accounts follow their agreed terms. Any separate F9 percentage fee or minimum follows your reported final claim outcome and our verification. No estimate-fee credit applies. Mitigation follows its accepted payment terms.
SERVICE ROUTING
SaguaroScope confirms the estimating workload and assigns Simple or Advanced F9 Documentation after file review. The PSO or applicable annual agreement sets the services. Technical coordination is separately authorized and priced for eligible F9 assignments and SaguaroScope-written mitigation estimates.

By submitting, you confirm that you are authorized to provide these files. Send only information reasonably necessary for the requested service. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card data, passwords, or unrelated medical information. Review our Privacy Policy and Security & Confidentiality information.
